I had put on a lot of weight, particularly in the year prior to starting PT sessions with Stella and I didn’t feel I had the knowledge or motivation to lose the weight without guidance. I was stuck in a rut of wanting to lose weight but not being proactive and it felt like a lost cause.

In the past I’d tried to lose weight but only half-heartedly, there was no conviction or consistency. For example, I’d do a few weeks of gym classes or go on some runs but then not keep it up due to life getting in the way. Also, I didn’t have the knowledge on the nutrition side of things to make the required changes to my diet. In addition, I was drinking way too much alcohol and in truth I probably had a low-level dependency on alcohol if I’m being honest with myself. It was too easy to open a bottle of wine, bury my head in the sand and put off taking action to lose weight and get healthy.

The results of working with Stella were very positive. I reached my weight loss goal which was 2 stone off and to be a healthy BMI! Whilst weight loss was my primary goal, I also learnt a lot about nutrition and what I needed to fuel my body within order to perform in the gym but also to feel full and not fall into the trap of late-night snacking.

I soon had a thirst for knowledge and was keen to understand more about different exercise regimes and the pros and cons of strength vs stamina activities etc… Stella recommended some books for me to read and advised me on some home equipment I wanted to buy.

I now feel well equipped to keep this healthy lifestyle going and to make it the ‘new normal’. Best of all I feel like I’m ‘me’ again. I think a lot of my identity has been through being sporty for most of my life, so in many ways it feels like the real Rachael is back!

The three main benefit of working with Stella were;

  • I had low energy and a general tired / foggy feeling before I started working with Stella.  She quickly identified supplements I could take (along with food to introduce to my diet) to sort this which worked within a matter of weeks.
  • The support and encouragement. She wants her clients to achieve their goals and is invested in it. She was very good at adapting the sessions based on injury niggles, what I responded best to (eg number of reps vs time exercises), and what would help get me to my goal.
  • Learning about strength training and enjoying it after my initial scepticism due to my ignorance around the benefits of it vs more traditional cardio exercises.

I’d say to anyone considering working with Stella: go for it, you won’t regret. I started a month or so before Christmas which was not an ideal time in many ways however there will never be a good time as there will always be a holiday or boozy weekend coming up.  Stella will listen to what your goals are and tailor the sessions to you, so you get out of it what you want.

She’s a lovely person and not at all judgey. Judgement and ‘impostor syndrome’ have always put me off going to gyms before. Stella’s gym is a ‘safe place’ and no matter what your fitness level or BMI she will tailor the sessions to you.

Before starting the 4-week body blitz I felt my diet was poor, and I was struggling to lose weight. 

The results of the plan are I’m 6lbs down! I’ve started to notice a reduction of fat in certain areas (on my back particularly), I learnt a lot about what to eat on a plant-based diet, there are so many more options than I realised. Now I love cooking and meal prepping. 

The best thing about the 4-week body blitz is the food! It isn’t a 'diet' just good food. I really enjoyed the group aspect, and the check ins. It was nice to feel part of something especially when the second lock down hit. It's now been over a week since the 4 weeks ended and I'm still following the meal plans - it has 100% changed the way I eat for the better.

Before commencing the 4 week body blitz I was having problems with knowing what to eat on days that I wasn't very active and I thought that the portions and food choices I was making were healthy but I was still feeling uncomfortable in my clothes. 
The results are as follows,
being aware of food portions and having knowledge of how to track my portions and calories.
Being more confident in the gym and going straight to the weights section, completing a heavy weight sessions regardless of who is around.
Working through my fitness pal comfortably to monitor what I eat and using this app makes it easier to plan and prepared for the day and the week.
Learning to love water - i though I wokld struggle with this but actually crave it and want to drink it all the time.
I definitely feel stronger and I feel focused 💪 I just hope it lasts.
The best things were the support and the option to ask anything at any time knowing that you will get the help you need.
The frequent encouragement and check ins have been really useful and needed.

I wouldn't learn alot or achieve alot in 4 weeks......but I definitely have and im really enjoying seeing the results both mentally and physically.

I wanted to lose a little lockdown weight and become more toned like I used to be. I also wanted to improve my strength so I could move up a grade climbing.
I can see from the 6 week pictures that my back is more defined and that I have a slimmer stomach. I have a lot more confidence on how to train and what to do, but I want to learn more 🙂 I am more aware of what I eat and what I need to eat.
Being able to push myself and continue to do so at home. That session with 9 min hit with deadlifts, cleans and overhead press was certain highlight.

Before I started online coaching with Stella I had low self esteem, low energy and back pain.

The results of my online diet and training coaching plan with Stella were improved mood and energy level, stronger and more flexible, better self esteem.

I loved the workouts, weekly checkins kept me motivated and progress pictures kept me on track (most of the time 🙂 )

I was struggling to lose weight and be body confident. I felt I needed help with my journey because I wasn’t getting anywhere on my own. So I decided to get in contact with Stella and start the 4 week body blitz to see if I could get better results with her guidance.

I have joined a gym and have bought an apple watch to calculate my steps each day.

I had amazing results from the 4 week body blitz I am a lot more fitter and have noticed a big change in my overall body image. I understand what foods are good for me and how many calories to have each day. I enjoyed following Stella’s online live fitness workouts which I have noticed a difference in my fitness and have toned my body.

The best thing about the 4 week body blitz is breaking down the calories and understanding so much more about food.

I would highly recommend Stella and the 4 week body blitz to anyone looking to lose weight and tone up. She has helped me so much through the experience and was very helpful with any questions or worries I had.

I Knew I had put on over a stone during the last 8 months.  I felt sluggish, my clothes felt tight and I had no motivation.

Have you previously tried anything else to achieve your goals? If so, what?  No.

What were the results of the 4 week body blitz?  

I noticed a change in my body each week which was really encouraging and gave me the motivation to keep going.

Personally, I really enjoyed the fitness side of Stella’s 4 week body blitz.  Her workouts are suited for everyone.  I have done very little exercise in the past year simply because I didn’t enjoy it. Thanks to Stella and her motivation, I now look forward to doing something either first thing in the morning or later that day. 

Although I normally have a really good diet, I have learned that calorie counting works for me alongside exercise.

I Spoke to Stella about how to manage exercise during my period.  She gave me some great advice which has been a real positive mentally too.

I have a General feeling of more energy.

I’d absolutely recommend working with Stella.  The 4 week body blitz gave me the kick start I needed.  After seeing and feeling the results, I now look at exercise as a benefit physically and mentally instead of a chore.  Stella’s recipes were so easy and tasty.  Stella has been just fab and given me some great advice during the 4 weeks.

Having Stella there anytime I had any questions was always an incentive. 

I’ve used a 6kg kettlebell for years.  After listening to Stella explaining how your weight should feel during your workout, I’ve now moved up to 10kg, pushing myself more and as a result seeing the benefits.  Thanks Stella

Before I started working with Stella I had no energy, was feeling unfit with motivation. My weight had gone up and felt rubbish.

I had tried other things to achieve my goals, numerous times... yo yo dieter, always trying to lose weight.

The three main benefits I found from the body blitz were I lost weight, I have more energy and felt better in myself.

I got my mojo back. A very good kick start to better lifestyle.

Stella was motivational and encouraging. Non-judgmental and very easy to talk to. Knowledge exceptional and very informative.

To anyone considering joining the 4 week body blitz I’d say go for it, you won’t be disappointed!

Stella is always on hand to answer any questions.  Provides answers to questions very quickly. 

The recipes were easy and accessible. Also very tasty.

I was finding it difficult to motivate myself to get back into exercise after my second baby and to get my mindset into eating well and keeping fit.

I’ve been going to the gym for years but needed something to Kickstart me back into fitness and shift some baby weight.

Working with Stella I’ve lost 10lbs and am leaner, stronger and fitter!

Before Stella I was lost. When l decided to be vegan l didn't know what to do, what to eat, l gained lots of weight.

I tried everything and anything. Diet, personal training, nutritionist. I spent lots of money for nothing.

After my 12 weeks vegan plan the results are amazing and through my pics you can see the enormous difference.

I Learnt how to be healthy, vegan and at the same time eating great food, with lots of flavours, easy to cook and very tasty.

The problems I faced were lack of motivation, thinking I needed to spend hours working out and I hadn't a clue where to start with nutrition. I had tried slimming World, Herbalife, detox drinks, slimming tablets, far burners. I went through a few months of doing 8 to 10 classes a week just to try and lose weight but without the nutrition it wasn't right.

My results are amazing. I'm so hard on myself as a person but always have been. I've been able to progress even though some weeks life events and a tragedy in my life made everything seem impossible. I have definitely changed my body shape.

The best thing would be not having to think of workouts as they were there written and ready to go.

Other benefits that I’ve enjoyed as a result of working with Stella;

  • Always there for support
  • Even me being awkward and not 100% committed at times she never gave up on me
  • Different workouts every 4 weeks to keep me interested

I would say do it and don't even think about it because if you want results and you commit to yourself you will be guaranteed results. Only way you wouldn't get any results with Stella is if you didn't put the work in as she gives you everything you need.

I contacted Stella as I had been using the same gym, same routine, same advice for the past year and nothing was changing.  I also wanted a PT who was vegan or at least had a good knowledge of vegan nutrition when it came to training. I was sick of being told by non-vegan PT’s that I “needed” to eat milk and diary to be fit, healthy.

I had become very frustrated and bored of working out and was just going through the motions.

I have had PT’s in the past and have been a member of different kinds of gyms. I’ve tried to muddle through on my own but just found all the information out there so overwhelming and confusing.

I learnt a lot about my nutrition and eating habits. It taught me to eat fresher and healthier. I also managed to get my head around the importance of hydration, this was a tough one for me.

I definitely gained muscle and therefore confidence. I slimed down and realised that scales are not a good way to measure progress.

Stella was happy to answer all my ridiculous questions and help me when I needed it. She was very honest with me about things and would adapt workouts to suit the equipment at the gym and my many injuries. I think having that person that will help you and take the time to find out what your struggling with is really important.

Three other benefits that they’ve enjoyed as a result of working with Stella;

Getting some new amazing vegan recipes (I’m a little bit addicted to the granola).

Seeing how much motivation she has for health and fitness definitely inspired me to keep going.

Learning to make health a holistic thing instead of something I leave in the gym

‘What would you say to anyone considering working with Stella and would you recommend it? If so, why?’

Go for it! Be honest in your weekly reports, it’s the only way to get the best results.

I started training with Stella in May.
Since then I have notice a real change in my body shape and more importantly, my fitness.
I never thought I would be enjoy lifting weights but I do!! Thanks to Stella.
Her workouts are quick and effective, they take approx 30-40 minutes.
The 1-2-1 sessions are brutal but fun.  it’s a great help that I can take my 2 daughters with me when I train in the afternoon.
Stella also has a vast understanding of nutrition especially plant- based nutrition.
Which for me was really important.
I’m well on the way to achieving my goals thanks to Stella’s approach.

Once having my daughter last october my new years resolution was to get rid of my baby weight and get toned up as much as possible. So i started the gym new years day, but months down the line i didn't see much of a change, One, because it was a struggle with childcare (especially to get to go to the classes i wanted to do), two, i wasnt so confident in the gym infront of everyone and three, I didn't know what excersize i should be doing exactly or what to eat.
Luckily stella was able to tick all the boxes to start helping me to reach my goals with weight loss and fitness! Comfortable in stellas own fitted gym at the back of her beautiful home doing 1-1 sessions with the children in eyesight enjoying themselves either playing or joining in with the session, im able to workout to routines stella had personalised to fit my needs, which pushes my ability and strength every time, i can always feel it working at the end of every session without a doubt. Stella always tries to work around when i am free to do sessions and constantly checks up on how my home excersize is coming along giving tips including example pictures/videos of how to do the workout ,giving a positive attitude always even when im having a low moment making sure im keeping up and boosting my confidence. If ive been unable to get to her stella has made her way to my area where we have improvised and worked on a park or field where she has brought equipment with her which can be fun and the kids can run wild, shes even had me out in the rain which gave me an up and go attitude learning it doesnt matter where or what the weather i can always workout in some way!    Ive seen changes quicker than i expected and feel great! Stella always does before and after pictures after each session to spot out the difference, she also makes sure she hears how i feel about the plans she gives and what i think i can improve or if theres different areas of the body i want to work on so we are always up to date with eachother. Im also grateful for the amount of simple healthy vegan recipes she sends over both for me and the children which we enjoy even though our diets aren't vegan and i know its trustworthy as its what stella and her family eat so i get to see the end results and sometimes even have a tester if shes cooking it at home when im there training 👌 I highly recommend stella as a personal trainer  not only myself but friends family and work colleagues have noticed a big difference and look at working with her too

Before I started working with Stella I had low stamina and exhaustion for days after any exercise.

I had previously tried regular gym and PT at the gym.

Working with Stella I’ve seen great results. She tailor-made an exercise plan to suit my vegetarian diet. Identified quickly lack of protein and suggested alternatives.

I think the best thing about her is she’s a coach who understands your lifestyle and diet and suggests things which can give best results.  Always available to clear your doubts and answer to your questions.

Benefits I’ve enjoyed are; Better stamina, improved and regular eating habits, realising there’s a need for weight training to keep fit for my age.

I’d highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a coach who is focussed on individual approach. Those on meat free diet would certainly benefit from her experience and insight in this particular field.
