I have just completed Stella’s 6 week body blitz.
I would highly recommend this plan, its brilliant value for money. The classes are always different, fun and hard work. As Stella runs small classes she can give everyone individual attention, she monitors your progress and knows when to move you to higher weighs / harder moves. I really enjoy the classes.
With this she also sends a food plan and monitors what you are eating. I have been a vegan for two years but knew I wasn’t eating as well as I should be in regards to calories, protein and vitamins, Stella’s advice and guidance has been invaluable. She is extremely knowledgeable.
There is access to a private Facebook page where she sends recipes / workouts / advice. She is very quick to respond to any queries we had and checks up on us regularly.
If it wasn’t for the fact that I can’t get time off work I would have signed up for another 6 weeks.
I came to Stella to lose a little weight, get some definition and generally feel fitter. Thanks to Stella I have achieved this so far and this is just the beginning. Stella's knowledge is incredible and she has really helped me overcome some issues, relating to a previous injury. With Stella you are getting a custom workout and not just a generic one. Stella has a way of getting that extra 5% out of you, even when you feel like giving up. Love the gym and it has all the equipment that you actually need. Thanks Stella.
Lots of people go to personal trainers with a with a wishy washy goal of wanting to get fitter. (I have done myself). Stella helps clarify why your training. For me this is essential to give the motivation needed to train consistently. She's a wealth of knowledge when it comes to nutrition. Not just for exercise but for general health and wellbeing. As for the work outs....... Stella has worked around my old injuries, both to prevent them and to strengthen any vulnerable areas. There's no point in seeing a trainer that doesn't push you. After a session with Stella you know you've been pushed! But despite Absolutely battering me with an inch of shitting Myself , the session is still fun and enjoyable! I've had great results in a short time. I know I wouldn't have achieved this without Stella's guidance and encouragement! Thank you Stella!
I have always admired Stella's dedication to nutrition and fitness and how she applied this to her lifestyle.I personally felt I had hit a brick wall with fitness and nutrition. I was doing what I had been advised in the past, were the correct things and getting nowhere.This summer I took the plunge and contacted Stella about PT, she discussed my goals with me, came up with a plan that worked with my lifestyle and made some nutritional tweaks.Since then I haven't looked back. Working with Stella has improved my confidence immensely - not just my body confidence but confidence in what my body can actually achieved. I have smashed PB times and taken on challenges I would have never imagined.All I can say is everyone needs a Stella in their life.
I have really enjoyed training with Stella. Stella has great experience and knowledge in personal training. She produced a training plan which was tailored to the goals I wanted to achieve and my needs. She was able to motivate me throughout the training and push me to my limits. Some of the training sessions were carried about at Stella’s gym which is very clean and well equipped. Stella was also provided me with a good advice on nutrition and delicious vegan recipes.
I started training with Stella in May.
Since then I have notice a real change in my body shape and more importantly, my fitness.
I never thought I would be enjoy lifting weights but I do!! Thanks to Stella.
Her workouts are quick and effective, they take approx 30-40 minutes.
The 1-2-1 sessions are brutal but fun. it’s a great help that I can take my 2 daughters with me when I train in the afternoon.
Stella also has a vast understanding of nutrition especially plant- based nutrition.
Which for me was really important.

Once having my daughter last october my new years resolution was to get rid of my baby weight and get toned up as much as possible. So i started the gym new years day, but months down the line i didn't see much of a change, One, because it was a struggle with childcare (especially to get to go to the classes i wanted to do), two, i wasnt so confident in the gym infront of everyone and three, I didn't know what excersize i should be doing exactly or what to eat.Luckily stella was able to tick all the boxes to start helping me to reach my goals with weight loss and fitness! Comfortable in stellas own fitted gym at the back of her beautiful home doing 1-1 sessions with the children in eyesight enjoying themselves either playing or joining in with the session, im able to workout to routines stella had personalised to fit my needs, which pushes my ability and strength every time, i can always feel it working at the end of every session without a doubt. Stella always tries to work around when i am free to do sessions and constantly checks up on how my home excersize is coming along giving tips including example pictures/videos of how to do the workout ,giving a positive attitude always even when im having a low moment making sure im keeping up and boosting my confidence. If ive been unable to get to her stella has made her way to my area where we have improvised and worked on a park or field where she has brought equipment with her which can be fun and the kids can run wild, shes even had me out in the rain which gave me an up and go attitude learning it doesnt matter where or what the weather i can always workout in some way! Ive seen changes quicker than i expected and feel great! Stella always does before and after pictures after each session to spot out the difference, she also makes sure she hears how i feel about the plans she gives and what i think i can improve or if theres different areas of the body i want to work on so we are always up to date with eachother. Im also grateful for the amount of simple healthy vegan recipes she sends over both for me and the children which we enjoy even though our diets aren't vegan and i know its trustworthy as its what stella and her family eat so i get to see the end results and sometimes even have a tester if shes cooking it at home when im there training 👌 I highly recommend stella as a personal trainer not only myself but friends family and work colleagues have noticed a big difference and look at working with her too
