I was 4 months pregnant when I started working out with Stella. As a result I have a Stronger core, had an easier birth and after 5 days of having my baby I can already see my figure coming back.
I’d say the best thing was I just loved being around Stella to be honest. Very easy to talk to, knowledgeable about pregnancy, diet etc. Found her incredibly empowering and I felt strong as a result of training with her. I’d previously had back issues in my last pregnancy which I didn’t in this one. I put that down to weight training.
Other benefits of our training are Better mental health, body looks nicer & my body has repaired far quicker after the birth. I’d definitely recommend Stella she’s helped me in so many more ways than just exercise she’s been an incredibly positive role model through out my whole pregnancy and she’s been so supportive!! As well as all the exercise benefits!

I started exercising with Stella at about 16 weeks pregnant. As a result of working with Stella I felt like my pregnancy has been easier because I was working out regularly, I feel fitter. The best thing was the advice Stella gave; she gave really helpful advice on pregnancy and labour and how to make them easier using different techniques. Another benefit was working out with another pregnant women. It’s great to work out with someone in the same situation.

I would highly recommend working out with Stella. I definitely feel like my pregnancy has been easier because of the workouts and her advice has been invaluable. She knows exactly what my body could do at each stage of pregnancy and the sessions were designed according to how far along I was and what was happening with my body.'

I started working with Stella at 4 months post partum after my second baby. I was able to get my fitness levels back. Working with Stella helped me feel and become stronger, fitter and healthier both physically and mentally. I’d say the best thing was Feeling better within myself and about myself.

Other benefits I saw were Becoming stronger and leaner, Having a healthier mindset Meeting new people in the little 'bootcamp family'.

I would definitely recommend Stella! She helped me along my return to fitness after my second baby and helped me enjoy going to the gym! She makes you feel at ease and tailors sessions to personal needs. There's no pressure and it's a very relaxed environment where you can push yourself as much as you need to with encouragement and guidance.

I'm now pregnant again and looking forward to carrying on working with Stella throughout my pregnancy and once baby is here

I started training with Stella at 7 months post partum. My results were Weight loss and more toned muscles around my stomach. I’d say the best thing was I felt very comfortable in our 1:1 sessions. I liked being able to check in with Stella whenever I needed to throughout the process. She gave very good advice and support.

Other benefits were that I feel more confident, More toned muscles in the rest of my body, not just my stomach and I made time for myself by doing the exercises.

I would recommend Stella. She is very knowledgeable, friendly & supportive.
