    Since training with Stella my life has changed for the better. I've been a terrible eater all my life, missing meals and snacking on biscuits to get me through the day .. Stella has helped me improve my diet and change my body! I can finally see my mummy tummy shrinking! Stella is always supportive and encouraging, even when I've had a wobble! I know with her help and determination to reach my goals that I will reach them. She is an amazing lady, wouldn't want to be training by anybody else.

    Firstly I would like to say a massive thank you Stella for helping me with my new venture and experience with plant base dieting, I train 5/6 days a week mainly weighted sessions with a few hitt and liss sessions also, Stella took on board my food likes and dislikes and worked with formatting my appriate macros amongst my food plan for the next few weeks, Stella also put options to create foods in bulk or for a family of 4 which was great and functional alongside meal prep and family dinner preparations.
    Stella is always at hand to message with regards to any of my plan or general questions and never leaves it longer then a few hours to respond which was perfect!
    Its such shame I don't live closer as I know Stella also teaches 1 on 1 pt sessions which would work perfectly togeather alongside my macro meal plan.
    If your looking to lose weight, gain muscle or maintain a healthy balanced life style then Stella is the coach for you!

    I asked Stella to create a meal plan for myself when I made the decision to go on a Vegan diet. The knowledge and support I have received from her has been really motivating and educational.
    I've learnt a lot from her and have passed what I've learnt to my family and friends. She has been on hand for any query I've had on my journey.

    Having followed Stella on Instagram as a friend for a while I was always fascinated by her posts. How much her body has changed and the amazing colourful food she eats. I decided to contact her to see if she could help me who has battled with weight issues forever. Stella has been an amazing help. Leading me in the right direction of how to exercise how to prepare for and after exercise and all the correct food to fuel my body with. Unfortunately living over 3 hours away I am unable to be with Stella which i would love to, although she is always there to offer any help and support that is needed. She has made me look at exercise and food in a completely different way. Thanks for your help Stella you are amazing 😊
